As a working manager I had the opportunity to work more closely with cross-functional teams in operations and manufacturing. Although the educational toy market didn't demand leading-edge creativity in packaging, there were many tough challenges that required creative solutions. It was a great education that expanded my understanding of packaging's role throughout the entire supply chain.
